Big Apple tycoon selling sky-high South Florida penthouse for $15.5 million

One of the biggest multifamily property owners in New York City has listed his own penthouse condominium in Sunny Isles Beach for $15.5 million.

And it’s not just any condo. The unit, at 17141 Collins Ave., consists of a full floor at Muse Residences, a boutique 50-story condominium but comprised of just 64 units.

The seller is Irving Langer, president and founder of E&M Management, a real estate investment and management company in Lawrence, N.Y. that specializes in apartment properties in the Big Apple.
